Brian and Ballard Remodel are amazing to work with. We had such a good experience with them on our bathroom remodel. Highlights of the experience include: keeping the rest of our house completely clean during the work (I could not even tell they were there unless I walked into the bathroom), an extremely pleasant demeanor from Brian and all of his crew, and, well, truly top-notch work. I defy anyone to lay tiles like they do -- especially with a wonky old house like ours. They did the job in three weeks. Yes, three weeks and on budget. You will not be disappointed.

Brian and his team at Ballard Remodel have worked on 2 projects for me over the last three years, the first - a kitchen update involved installation of a new custom range hood, installation of crown moulding, and ceiling skim coat. The second full gut-to-the-studs master bath and family bath remodels. We own a 1925 Spanish revival home in Seward Park. Brian and his team did beautiful work with an eye towards restoration to ensure our updates were in keeping with our homes architectural heritage. We are so pleased with the results, and were thrilled with Brian and team. They are reliable, punctual, flexible, and take every task to the next level. I recommend Ballard remodel to all my friends and clients, and will continue to do so. 5 stars all the way!

We hired Brian to remodel our kitchen. We were pretty open about the project, with only some rough drawings from our architect to start with. As it turned out Brian took the time and interest to re-design our initial plans and came up with something that was truly better. I’ve done my share of remodeling and wood-working (no longer have the time or energy to tackle something like a kitchen though), so I can tell the difference between quality and shoddy workmanship, and Brian really does himself proud, from the overall “look” of the completed project down to the obvious care he takes in small details. Even with a couple of change-orders and some unforeseen delays the project was still completed on time and more importantly on or even slightly under budget. Can’t recommend him enough, and would not hesitate to use him again on any project, big or small.
